Design System that accelerated the launch of Xsolla products on 20% for 20 products

During my time at the company, I managed to create and develop a design system, going from forming an idea and defending it to stakeholders (including calculating financial efficiency, planning resources, and preparing development processes) to full-fledged work within products and operating product support processes.

The design system is intended for 30+ designers and 200+ developers.

The main achievement is a 20% increase in TTM after integrating the design system into the products.

The case study presents examples from one of the presentations where I, together with the design system team, told the entire company about our vision for the design system in the company, our main achievements, and our immediate plans.
